NH 90 Helicopter
2007-
Developed and manufactured by a consortium of French, German, Dutch, and Italian firms, this helicopter has been described as a complete nightmare. The engines suck in damaging debris. It cannot land on uneven battlefield terrain due to low ground clearance. The naval helicopters cannot stand on deck in bad weather due to corrosion. Crew are limited to flying no more than 2 hours due to extreme noise. Oh, and the seats are flimsy. To make matters even worse, the NH 90 costs five times more per flight hour than similar helicopters.
