Services for organizational clients

We help organizations build a fearless, resilient culture. The museum’s compelling lessons of success and failure give your team powerful insights and skills.

The best way to do this is with a popup mini exhibition or a keynote.

Our Services

  • Bring the Museum of Failure to your event.

The smallest version has nine artifacts, but the exhibition can easily be expanded for larger events. This miniature version of the museum is adapted to the event theme and audience:

    General Innovation:
our most popular theme. A "greatest hits" of the most interesting items from the full museum.

Artificial Intelligence: remember Microsoft's disastrous Tay chatbot? Humaine AI Pin? Check out the latest AI failures here.

Financial Failures: the spectacular collapses of Enron, Snapple, and did anyone mention Brexit?

Healthcare Innovation: from Pfizer's Exubera to the infamous lobotomy instruments.

Bespoke Curation: Have a specific theme for your event? We are happy to discuss creating a custom-curated exhibit just for you.

    Add-on:
Combine the mini-exhibition with a powerful keynote or workshop session with the museum's founder Dr. Samuel West.

  • Innovation is risky business, most innovation projects fail.

This dynamic keynote tackles the corporate fear of failure using the most compelling stories as case studies.

    Key points:

    - Reframing failure.
    - Good vs bad failure.
    - Building a failure accepting culture.
    - How organizations and teams learn from failure.
    - Overcoming fear of failure.
    - Encouraging meaningful risk taking.
    - Mastering experimentation.
    - Cultural differences in approach to failure

    New Keynote:

Artificial Intelligence: New Tech, Same Flops. AI is a massive wave of innovation, and it's following the exact same rules of failure as every tech wave before it. Let's be smart and learn from the past. Smart organizations learn from the expensive mistakes of others. This keynote de-hypes the conversation to provide a sane historical context that helps us understand what is going on today.
