Aim:
The Museum of Failure is a globally touring exhibition that aims to help individuals and organizations appreciate the important roll of failure for progress and innovation, increase acceptance of failure, and ultimately de-stigmatize failure.
Who:
The Museum of Failure was founded in 2017 in Sweden by Dr. Samuel West. He is both a clinical psychologist and has a PhD in organizational psychology. He has been a global expert on helping organizations better understand and deal with failure for more than a decade.
Dr. Ricardo Campos joined in 2025. He brings expertise in corporate strategy and technology, and has a PhD in AI. He was sponsored by MIT in 2024.
